How to Play Daily Rush

Start today’s challenge

• No account, room, or opponent is required. Open Daily Rush and the server loads today’s challenge.
• The challenge has one frozen 4×4 board, a 60-second clock, and a 3-letter minimum. Every player receives that same board for the date.
• Starting the board gives your browser a short-lived server play. Start it before that play expires; the server also checks the clock and accepted words for the run.

Find and score words

Trace adjacent tiles, including diagonals, without reusing a tile in one word. A word must be in the active Wordrush dictionary, meet the minimum length, and be new in your run.

Accepted words score their length squared: 3 letters are worth 9 points, 4 are worth 16, and 5 are worth 25. Invalid paths, short words, dictionary misses, and duplicates score 0.

Finish your run

The run ends when the 60-second timer reaches zero. You can also choose End Round early; the server finishes that play and records the result. Try today again starts another run on the same daily board.

After a completed run, the result can create a challenge link. A friend who opens it gets their own run on the same board and can compare their score with yours. This is asynchronous sharing, not a live multiplayer room: each player has a separate clock, score, and found-word list.

Set up Echo Race

Finishing Daily Rush also saves your score, timing checkpoints, and found words in this browser for today’s challenge. That saved run is the prerequisite for Echo Race; it is not a live opponent and it is not loaded from a friend’s share link.

Use the daily result or the home screen to race that saved pace on the same board. A later Daily Rush run for the date replaces the saved echo; playing Echo Race does not replace it.

Solo and multiplayer limits

Daily Rush is a solo challenge with shareable results. It does not join the live Wordrush room system, and players cannot submit to one shared real-time scoreboard.
