How to Play 18+ dictionary
The 18+ dictionary is an optional adult-word dictionary you can switch on for a Wordrush round. It changes which words count, not the core trace-and-submit rules.

- The 18+ dictionary includes adult words, so turn it on only if that vocabulary is appropriate for you and anyone playing with you.
- It is a dictionary setting, not a separate game. The board, clock, minimum length, and scoring are whatever the round already uses.
- It is off by default. Nothing in a normal round uses adult words unless someone deliberately enables it.
Use it in solo play
Open Set up a round from the home screen and switch on the 18+ dictionary. The setup shows when adult words will be included, and the round intro marks the round as 18+ so it is clear before the board opens.
The 18+ dictionary cannot be combined with a score target yet: turning it on clears the target, and a target keeps the dictionary switch off until you clear it.
Use it in a room
In multiplayer the host decides. A host can switch on the 18+ dictionary for a Free-for-all round, where it works with any twist, or include it in a Random Rush run. Everyone in the room plays with the host’s choice, and guests cannot opt in on their own.
If adult vocabulary is not welcome for everyone present, leave it off. The room plays exactly the same game with the standard dictionary.
Where it stays out
The 18+ dictionary never appears in a solo Random Rush because solo play has no age check. In multiplayer it is only eligible for Random Rush when the host explicitly includes it for that run.
